Payment & Billing Terms

1. Payment processor
Card and bank payments are processed by Paystack, a licensed third-party payment provider. Washermann does not store your full card or bank credentials; we receive transaction references and status only. Your payment is also subject to Paystack's terms.
2. Top-ups (buying WashPoints)
- You add value to your wallet by topping up. The amount charged is in Naira; WashPoints are credited at the rate shown at top-up time.
- WashPoints are credited only after Paystack confirms the charge to us (via callback/webhook). If your bank shows a debit but WashPoints have not appeared, contact support@washermann.com with the reference; unresolved failed top-ups are refundable to your original method (see the Refund Policy).
- You are responsible for any fees your bank/processor applies.
3. Authorisation
By topping up or paying, you represent that you are authorised to use the payment method and authorise the charge.
4. Order payments
Order payments are made in WashPoints from your wallet and held in escrow until completion (see the WashPoints & Wallet Terms).
5. Vendor & Rep payouts
- Vendor and Rep earnings are paid in Naira to a verified bank account they provide, disbursed via Paystack transfers.
- Payouts are subject to review, minimum thresholds, correct account details, and anti-fraud/AML checks (see the KYC & AML Policy). Washermann is not liable for delays or misdirected transfers caused by incorrect account details supplied by the recipient.
6. Taxes
Displayed prices are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated. Each party is responsible for its own taxes. Washermann may collect and remit taxes where required.
7. Failed payments, reversals & chargebacks
We may reverse WashPoints or suspend accounts in cases of failed settlement, fraud, or chargebacks. Please use the dispute process before initiating a chargeback.
8. Records
Transaction records (orders, ledgers, top-ups, payouts) are retained for financial and tax compliance.
